HISTORY
I have a 15 year background in financial programming, health
system programming, state government programming, and internet programming.
I've designed and built trusted financial systems used by top
management to manage yearly multimillion dollar budgets.
My proudest accomplishments are my out of the box ideas that gave a lot of bang for the buck.
On some occasions I've proposed an original program idea to management and then designed and built a small program that saved thousands of staff man hours each year.

I have had lots of hands on experience with relational databases.
I understand field types and know how to design and normalize databases
and how to set up parent/child foreign key relationships.
Not only am I fluent in SQL, I am also fluent in the techniques to dramatically speed up your database accesses.
